What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy is focused on the development, maintenance, or rehabilitation of skills which impact and individual’s ability to participate in activities which they want or need to do as part of day-to-day life. It is activity-focused, using meaningful occupation as tools for therapy.
